Most of our bedrooms have sea view, we invite you to read the description of the rooms to choose the one that suits you.
The reception is located at the first floor. The rooms can only be accessed by the main staircase. The Hotel Eden - La Baigneuse has a derogation concerning autonomous accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

To start the day, we offer a continental breakfast buffet (€10.50), which you can enjoy on our small shaded terrace. If ever the weather does not allow it (which is rare in Juan-les-pins), you can take advantage of our breakfast room, which can also be used as a place to rest, or even to work.
Of course you have a private bathroom in each room, as well as complimentary toiletries. We offer you a courtesy tray with tea and coffee, as well as an individual safe, television and free Wi-Fi.
To park your car, you can reserve a place at the Palais des Congrès parking lot which is 700 meters from the hotel via this link: www.interparking-france.com. The hotel has a private parking space for luggage deposit. We invite you to drop off your luggage before parking your car.

As previously mentioned, Hotel Eden is a alternative to large hotel chains. Despite Johanne's and her team's best efforts, it is not possible for us to offer you a 24-hour reception. It is open from 8am to 8pm. Johanne spends most of her time at the reception, however, she may be absent : you will surely find her on one of the floors of the hotel
